Request a Return
To process a return for an online order, please follow these steps:

  1. Online Shop: Visit our returns portal by clicking here (Happy Returns).
  2. In-Store Purchases: If you made a purchase in-store, kindly return the item(s) to the store directly.
  3. For Damaged Items or Order Errors:
    • Email us at with your Order Number.
    • Describe the issue with the item(s) or the error in your order.
    • We will respond to your email promptly to assist you.
Return Policy Details:
  • Full Refund within 10 Days: We accept returns for a full refund within 10 days from the date you received your order.
  • Store Credit After 10 Days: After these 10 days, we will issue a store credit, not exceeding 30 days from the date of your order.

Returned merchandise must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and include original care tags intact.

One prepaid return label will be issued per online order. (In store purchases are not eligible for prepaid return labels.)

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Items purchased as a Buy One Get One offer that are returned, the refund will be equal to the original price of the item reduced by the discounted amount.

All International return shipping and reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Please allow up to 10 days for refunds to appear on your bank statement pending your financial institution’s processing time.

Final Sale

All items marked Final Sale cannot be returned for refund, store credit or exchanged.


Exchanges are not part of our return policy. Accepted returns will be issued a full refund to the original source of payment.

Modified Policy
If you return more than $4.990,00 in a 12-month period, you will be subject to a modified return policy. We will contact you if you are subject to our modified policy.

We pride ourselves on fast shipping, we ship all orders USPS Priority Mail (continental U.S. only).

Please Note: Orders are processed & shipped in the order they are received. During peak times (new product launches & major restocks), orders may take 4-7 business days to process.

Delivery Issues
Please email into our team at if there are any issues with your delivery and we will handle all package claims on your behalf.

All missing package claims are replaced with a replacement order.

No refunds are issued for missing or lost packages.

International Orders

Please check your country's duties/tariff policies prior to purchase. International shipping charges do not include duties/tariff charges. Customers are responsible for any additional Customs fees on all purchases.

For most major international markets, orders are received in 8-15 business days, but may take longer.
